Solo Dolo, a tough wing from ‘Zona, is the very definition of a (basketball) jack of all trades*, master of none; doesn’t have a single ‘wow’ skill but you can count on Solo to bring intensity on the defensive end – can change the course of games by harassing ball-handlers and shooters on the perimeter; not much of a shot creator but uses his strong body to make plays in the paint – finishes well with his off hand near the basket; basically, Solo’s a shorter Walter McCarty – sells out 24/7, corrals loose balls, takes charges and knocks down momentum-swinging trey balls; one of only a few defenders on Gentry’s roster, Solo fills a big hole in NO’s lineup
