Profile:

roxPower Forward: 6’10, 240 lbs; 10th year, California

NBA Role: versatile, scoring forward • Hybrid

A 6’10 forward with a 37% money ball, Ryan Anderson is one of the NBA’s ‘original’ stretch fours; but while 3-point shooting is a key strength, Anderson should never be misinterpreted as just a ‘specialist’ – he can fill it up in a number of ways – step backs from the FT line area, high post jumpers, hook shots, up and unders • Anderson’s offensive game matches up seamlessly w/ (PG) James Harden; doesn’t get enough credit on the offensive end; perfect match for Mike D’Antoni’s system! (plenty of opportunities in MDA’s starting five; expect 16-18 points/night) – Ryno is a great daily fantasy threat with consistent points & boards; generally regarded as one of the more overlooked forwards in the league – can Anderson approach Top DOG territory in Houston?
