Matthew Dellavedova (MIL) – “Delly”

Profile:
Point Guard: 6’4, 198 lbs; 5th year, St. Mary’s
NBA Role: (ultra low-key) two-way PG • UnderDOG
Feisty Australian guard Matthew Dellavedova is one of the most annoying, yet effective, PG defenders in the league; undrafted outta St. Mary’s, Delly is a former SLG (Summer League Guy) who worked hard to earn a spot; relative unknown before the 2015 Finals – Delly gained national notoriety by frustrating Stephen Curry (GS) (before Steph realized he was Steph) & throwing lobs to Tristan Thompson (CLE); competent set up man – knows when and where to find teammates; pretty decent shooter (though Delly’s form is hilarious) – jumper crossed over into respectable range in 2016; scrappy dog: if you need someone to mix it up on defense & cause some controlled chaos, hit up Delly – decent fit for any of Jason Kidd’s lineups
Signature Sequence: 3-pointer, fake one man press
(*factory setting*) NBA 2K17 Rating: 75
