Jonathan Clay Redick (LAC) – “JJ”

Profile:
Shooting Guard: 6’4, 190 lbs; 11th year, (Mr.) Duke
NBA Role: sharpshooter • Hybrid
There should be a fine whenever JJ Redick is afforded a wide-open look from downtown, cause when his shoulders are squared, his feet are set, & it’s preceded by the hop…just get back on defense; sharpshooter who rarely slumps from outside – JJ can carry an offense for a quarter* through constant, off-ball action & spot ups; nearly automatic when left open and thrives when aided by a great screen (slips ’em & brushes off for prime looks at the basket); pretty decent defender – won’t give up ground easily, understands how to play and stick w/ shooters off ball; not really a playmaker or natural creator, usually in position to score; the most underrated part of LAC’s recent success?
*a lead guard’s best friend in the backcourt!
Signature Shot: 3-pointer off the hop
(*factory setting*) NBA 2K17 Rating: 78
