An under-appreciated ‘Trick or Treat’ guy, Derrick Williams has G but it’s been tough for him to present a consistent product each night; legit has a few games a season where he looks like a perennial All-Star at forward – Williams pulls down monster double-doubles, is tough to deal with when he’s got it going; a former #2 overall pick in Minny, Derrick features some natural scoring ability – finishing through contact, staredown Js from 18 feet – but has gotten lost in the shuffle everywhere he’s been; inconsistent long range shooter; powerful body with damn good athleticism – will catch insane oops off terrible feeds no problem; one of a few NBA players with dreads; acquired by CLE midseason (Feb. ’17) – extra relief for LeBron?
