Kentucky’s Archie Goodwin can play, it’s just a matter of situation & system; Goodwin made the most of his “Matt Saracen minutes” following countless injuries to Brooklyn’s roster in 2016-17 – taking advantage of his extended PT, Arch played some PG (which he’s ehh at), slashed a bit (which he’s good at) and hit some treys (which he’s getting better at?); an improving shooter – sky’s the limit if his J ever gets to a respectable level from downtown; learning how to bring a max effort every night but has a lot of raw ability finishing in transition, through contact & above the rim; needs to play a bit more under control, take care of the ball; Archie is up next (only 23 yrs. old) – does he have a future in Brooklyn?
